Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any application ("App") published by Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading or using our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any of our Apps — including CardMosaic and GroupedIn — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.
2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the applicable App Store terms (Apple App Store Terms of Service).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our Apps or their content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our Apps.
- Use our Apps in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with our Apps.
3. In-App Purchases
Some Apps offer optional in-app purchases (e.g., ad removal, cosmetic items, coin packs). All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or App Store policy. In-app currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
All purchases are processed by Apple and governed by Apple's purchase terms. Contact Apple Support for billing disputes.
4. Advertisements
Our free Apps are supported by advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Purchasing an ad-removal upgrade (where available) removes ads permanently for that device.
5. User Content
If you submit images or other content within an App (e.g., custom puzzles), you represent that you own or have the right to use that content, and you grant us a limited license to store and display that content within the App on your device. We do not upload or share user-submitted content to our servers without your explicit action.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within our Apps are owned by Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property laws. The App name, logo, and brand elements are proprietary to Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use our Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Apps at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
