Shri Vallabh Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the CardMosaic and GroupedIn mobile applications (the "Apps"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Information you provide directly — such as feedback or support requests sent via email.
- Information collected automatically — including crash reports, performance data, and anonymized usage analytics collected by third-party SDKs described below.
We do not require account registration and do not collect your name, email address, or other personal identifiers through our Apps.
2. Third-Party Services
Our Apps use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy governing its data use:
- Firebase Analytics (Google) — Collects anonymized usage events to help us understand how users interact with the App. No personally identifiable information is sent.
- Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — Collects crash reports and device diagnostics when the App crashes, to help us fix bugs quickly.
- Google AdMob — Displays advertisements within the App. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads, subject to your device's ad-tracking settings and applicable privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA). You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

3. How We Use Information
- To improve App performance, stability, and user experience.
- To understand which features are most used and prioritize future updates.
- To display advertisements that help fund free content within the Apps.
- To respond to support requests you send us via email.
4. Data Storage
Game progress, settings, and purchased items are stored locally on your device using an embedded database. This data does not leave your device unless explicitly backed up by iOS (via iCloud backup), which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Any data collected by third-party SDKs (Firebase, AdMob) is stored on their respective servers in accordance with their data retention policies.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties, except as described above (Google services). We do not share data with advertisers directly; ad serving is handled entirely by Google AdMob.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at samirkotadia@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we collect minimal data and most of it is processed by Google, requests related to Firebase or AdMob data should be directed to Google. To limit ad tracking, use your device's privacy settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
